For the WNBA All-Star Community Engagement video, I collaborated with the Host Committee to refine their concept (girls who play sports become women who lead) into strong messaging and themes that would resonate with their intended target audience (5th-8th grade girls). Over the course of two weeks, I conducted more than 18 interviews, managed both pre- and post-production workflows, and created both long-form and social cutdowns to highlight the impact that playing sports has on young girls and their confidence
